What You’ll Lead
• Automation, control, and telemetry projects for water and wastewater networks
• Industrial automation solutions for manufacturing, food & beverage
• Control systems and integration for ITS, mining, and heavy industry
What You’ll Own
• Guiding and developing a capable engineering team
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and with commercial awareness
• Maintaining high utilisation and effective resource planning
• Providing technical oversight across design, programming, commissioning, and integration
• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Proven experience in automation, control systems, or telemetry engineering
• Confidence leading small teams and setting technical direction
• Strong organisational discipline and a commitment to quality delivery
